First of all, I should write to record my appreciation for the recent work carried out by Vermont staff in respect of the Association’s upgraded and extended computing system. From the taking of our Order to the installation and testing of the improved system, Vermont Systems Limited performed with integrity, care and relevant technical competence. System down time was minimal. There was no material interruption to our work. Please pass on my thanks to your colleagues
