When we met Graeme Smith at a networking event it became clear he wasn’t overly satisfied with his current support arrangement from his current IT supplier. He felt he wasn’t getting value for money and a poor level of response, amongst other things. The current provider was operating on a break/fix model and the service was very reactive, with a service level which was far from meeting requirements.

After 6 months we spoke with Graeme again as he was looking at getting a competitive quote to replace his current server and support.  The solution that we proposed provided more than enough server storage but also automated backup for his files and emails to a separate hard drive. And in the future if they want to back up this information to our on line server then it can.

In addition to the technical solution Graeme liked our unique approach to IT Management and Technical support – a fixed monthly fee for unlimited support, monitoring and service management. With this approach he knows he gets value for money as he knows it is our responsibility to make it work.
